Registration Information
How to Register:
Pre-registration via the website will not be possible after the 1st of September 2017. After this date, only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed.
Payment:
Registration fees are to be paid in South African Rands (ZAR), and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form. When processing your payment by bank draft please allow additional funds to cover bank charges. If short payments are received, they will be for your account.

Cancellation of registration and refund policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of ZAR 400.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before 31 May 2017. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 May 2017.
