SAAFoST is simplifying life at Congress! While a hard copy of the scientific programme will be included in delegate bags, we are proud to announce that FoodTech Ingredients (http://foodteching.co.za) has sponsored a FREE app that can be downloaded to your phone.

The app is straightforward, easy to use and allows you to see the list of speakers and their presentation times each day. No more paper - and you can create a personalised schedule of presentations. This is an easy way to favourite your talks and create a personalised favourites list.

Available on the Apple Store or on Play Store (Android phones), it is an open app and no security or passwords are needed.

Instructions

• Go to Apple Store or Play Store (Android)
• Search for SAAFoST Congress
• Install app onto phone
• Open application
• At the top of the schedule screen, scroll through the various exhibition rooms by tapping or double tapping on the room
• Press the star on the left-hand side of the schedule to highlight your favourite talks
• Once you have highlighted the talks, press the star on the top right corner of the screen to see the talks you highlighted
• At the bottom of the screen there are buttons to scroll through schedule, speakers, about and sponsors. Click on these for more information.
